Canmore’s single family home (SFH) market has tightened up over the last few months. The resale inventory for single family homes had hovered between 95-105 properties for the latter part of 2008 and the majority of 2009. In the last 4 months of the year 35 of these homes sold. As of today (Jan 13 2010) current inventory sits at 65!
